You will find that there are an abundance of restaurants at Walt Disney World. How can you choose what you want to spend money on?
Well, if you like good cuisine, and variety, you are never going to be disappointed at Epcot. Epcot has by far the best spread of good restaurants. They have a wide range of cuisines thanks to the World Showcase. Each "country" has at least one restaurant (some of have 2 or more). I am not counting the festival booths or snack booths either.

I have been to Le Cellier a few times, and it never has disappointed me. You will find this restaurant in the Canada Pavillion. You can get there 2 ways, the easiest and quickest way. There is a garden entry, which is found just after the store ( if you are coming the Mexico way) or just on your right as you pass the international gateway ( if you go directly there from World Nature, picture is canada pavillion, restaurant will be to the right just by the tiny brown signs in the distance).
The other way of getting there is through the Canadian village ( up the stairs by the shop and continue past the faux buildings), down the stairs past the waterfall and down the bridge. This would get you right by the restaurant.

You do need a reservation for this one though
The restaurant is a steakhouse, most of the entrees are steak but they also have a plant based entree and a fish entree, and plenty of apps and desserts. The theming is a dark cellar ( hence the name), with candlelight. When we went the last time, we had the Le Cellier Beef Bourguinon poutine, cheddar cheese soup with Moosehead ale and Applewood smoked bacon ( their signature soup) and some bread for an appetizer. The steak here is delicious, very tender, cooked with lots of flavor and seasonings. We got the Rib Eye steak with potatoes and gravy and the Filet Mignon with mushroom risotto. The steaks alone will set you back $50-60. They do offer special dessert for anniversaries and engagements. And probably birthdays too.

Their menu is very expensive, you are going to be paying a good chunk of money here, but the food is phenomenal. If you are trying to budget food, I would count on spending easily $150 just for two people if you are going to get an appetizer, entree and dessert. This doesn't count drinks. Those would be added on top of that. We didn't try the drinks here, but they do have an offering of alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.
We didn't take our kids here either, but you could take your kids and still have a good chunk of money to spend. 90% of restaurants in Disney offer good kids meals. This restaurant does have a choice of grilled steak, grilled chicken, seared salmon or Mac and cheese for kids plus a drink and 2 sides. ( kids meals are for ages 9 and under)
Overall, this restaurant is on the higher end of fine dining, since it is mostly steak. But if you want a good steak and need a break from the crowds, Le Cellier Steakhouse is one of our favorites. Tip: Do not plan two sit downs in the same day. If you want to enjoy the food, we recommend scheduling one sit down a day, and using your quick service for your other meal, or schedule one for breakfast and one later for dinner.

Canada is a beautiful pavillion, but it gets overlooked since there isn't much here but the restaurant and a small store, plus they also have the circle vision 360 movie, Canada Far and Wide. But it is one of my favorites, for sentimental reasons.
